What We Believe
No matter your religious beliefs or your spiritual background, we would love to study the Bible with you! The Vine offers a free class called “Bible Basics” in which we take an honest look at the foundational teachings of Christianity in a relaxed, non-judgmental setting. You’ll hear and learn what the Bible says about God’s love for you and God’s purpose for your life. God
We believe there is only one true God. He reveals himself to us on the pages of Scripture. He is the triune (three persons in one) God-Father, Son and Holy Spirit. He is holy, all-powerful and completely full of wisdom. He is everlasting and eternal. He created the world in which we live. He rules over all things.
God’s Word
We believe the Bible is the true, error-free Word of God and the foundation of everything we do. It's God's gift to us, revealing His love, guiding our lives, and pointing us to Jesus as our Savior.
Sin
We believe that sin entered the world through Adam and Eve, and now affects every person, separating us from God. Sin is anything we do against God's will, and without His help, we are powerless to overcome it.
Jesus Christ
We believe that God sent His Son, Jesus, to save us from sin. Through His perfect life, sacrificial death, and resurrection, Jesus paid for our sins and gives the promise of eternal life to all who believe in Him.
